The process begins with a consultation with the leadership team. I listen closely to understand the current team dynamics, the challenges they face, their goals, and where they want the team to be.
This provides the foundation for our next step, which involves gathering insights from team members. I typically use anonymous interviews or surveys, depending on the team size, to gain an honest perspective of what's happening on the ground.
Following this, I provide leaders with a detailed report. This analysis highlights the key issues and offers practical recommendations for improvement. From there, I work with the team over an extended period, usually between 6 to 12 months, to track progress and address any new issues that arise.
Our ongoing work may include individual coaching for both team members and leaders, workshops, and group coaching sessions, all tailored to the unique needs of the team.
