My name is Kasia Murphy. I'm here to help make life easier for first time managers and their teams.
Hi, I’m Kasia - qualified Business Psychologist, Leadership Coach, and your behind-the-scenes partner in building confidence.

My leadership journey began when I set up a Language Centre at just 25 years old. Over the years, it grew to five locations and more than 30 staff.
Nobody trained me to be a leader. I had to figure it all out on my own.
My first team were my peers and friends, which meant there were no clear boundaries.
I was too nice, wanted everyone to like me, and struggled to step into the role of “the boss.”
I didn’t delegate enough, I avoided giving clear feedback, and I wasn’t assertive when I needed to be.
On top of that, I constantly questioned myself if was I doing this leadership thing right?
With time, I learned.
I had to make difficult decisions and handle tough conversations, but each challenge taught me something about leading people.
Now, with over 25 years of leadership experience and a degree in Business Psychology, I help newly appointed managers find their feet.
I know first-hand how tough and lonely that first step into management can be, and I’ve seen the gap in training that leaves so many new managers feeling unprepared.
